This Privacy Policy explains how ReelsDey (“ReelsDey”, “we”, “us”), a service operated by Patrik Solutions LLC, collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website and application at reelsdey.com (the “Service”).

Who we are

ReelsDey is an AI video-repurposing and social-posting tool. You upload a video (or paste a link) and we generate short clips, captions, thumbnails and written copy — and, when you connect your accounts, we publish or schedule content to your social platforms on your behalf.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Content you provide — videos, images, audio, captions and text you upload or link for processing and posting.
• Connected accounts — when you link a social account, we (through our posting provider) store the access tokens needed to post on your behalf. We never see or store your social passwords.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details. For manual payments, we record the amount, method and reference you provide.
• Usage data — job history, basic logs and technical data needed to run and secure the Service.

How we use your information

• To provide the Service — transcribe, clip, caption and enhance your videos and generate copy.
• To publish or schedule content to the social accounts you connect, at your direction.
• To manage your account, subscription and support requests.
• To secure the Service and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information or your content.

Google and YouTube API Services

ReelsDey uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Information received from Google APIs is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google and YouTube data only to provide the features you request — for example uploading a video to your channel and setting its title, description and thumbnail — and we do not use it for advertising or transfer it except as needed to provide the Service. You can review and revoke ReelsDey’s access at any time in your Google Account permissions. Google’s own handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to operate the Service, each under their own privacy terms:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Upload-Post — connecting to and publishing on social platforms.
• Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription.
• Anthropic — AI that plans clips and writes copy.
• Resend — transactional email (e.g. password resets).
• Hostinger — server hosting.

Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Uploaded source files and generated clips are stored so we can deliver and let you download your results, and may be removed periodically. Files used only for a single post are deleted after they are sent. You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us.

Security

Passwords are hashed, traffic runs over HTTPS, and access tokens are stored only to post on your behalf. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data, disconnect any connected account at any time, and cancel your subscription. To request access or deletion, contact us at the address below.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time; we will post the revised version here with a new date.
