Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ReelsDey (“ReelsDey”, “we”, “us”), a service operated by Patrik Solutions LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

ReelsDey turns your long-form videos into short clips, captions, thumbnails and written copy, and can publish or schedule content to the social accounts you connect.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address, keep your password secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Your content and rights

You keep ownership of the videos, images, audio and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transform that content solely to provide the Service and to publish it to the accounts you connect, at your direction. You are responsible for holding all rights necessary to the content you upload and post — including any music, images or footage — and for complying with each platform’s rules. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create or post unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive or abusive content, to impersonate others, to spam, or to violate any connected platform’s terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Posting on your behalf

When you connect an account and choose to publish or schedule, you authorize us to post that content to that account on your behalf. Each platform applies its own limits, formats and review; we are not responsible for a platform rejecting, delaying, labelling or removing a post.

Plans, billing and trials

• Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe), or activated with a manual access code we issue.
• New accounts may receive a free trial; when the trial ends you must subscribe to continue making clips.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Third-party platforms

Your use of connected platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and Threads) is also governed by each platform’s own terms. We integrate with them directly and through third-party providers and are not responsible for their availability, policies or changes.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated clips, titles, thumbnails and copy may contain errors — review everything before you publish.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patrik Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost content, posts, followers or revenue arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
